TEMPORARY EHS STAFFING
Many of our clients, from time to time, find themselves short staffed due to variable or seasonal work loads, resignations, reassignments, etc. Caltha provides experienced technical staff to fill facility or corporate positions allowing our clients to maintain critical programs while they evaluate longer term staffing needs or hire new employees to fill vacant positions.
Professional Contract Staffing
Caltha LLP provides professional Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) staff on a contract basis. All staff we provide have significant prior corporate or facility EHS technical and management experience, and many have held senior staff positions. Most staff that are available have at least 15 years of professional experience in the field.
Temporary EHS Staff
Whether due to promotions or re assignment, illness or family leave of absence, many clients will find it necessary to fill key environmental health & safety positions on a temporary basis. Assignments can range from a few days to several months. By providing experienced EHS personnel, Caltha will hit the ground running, avoiding costs of training and minimizing risks associated with inexperience staff.
Resource Planning and Load Leveling
Caltha provides staffing to address short term resource needs, such as project start-ups, reporting, or for special one-time projects.
In some cases, our clients need short term needs for personnel with specialized expertise, at work on program development & start up or to work on special initiatives or projects, like ISO 14001 registration. In some cases, specific certifications may be required, such as a certified hazardous material manager (CHMM), qualified environmental professional (QEP), certified safety professional (CSP), certified industrial hygienist (CIH), certified stormwater operator (CSO), Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD), or Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP). Caltha will identify the right person with the right experience for the task.
