Overview: Caltha provided industrial stormwater training to key facility staff representing several different client facilities located in Nebraska, all covered under the NDEQ General Industrial Stormwater Discharge Permit. Training included all required elements under the NDEQ industrial permit. Training covered basic underlying regulation of industrial stormwater discharge under the Federal Clean Water Act and Nebraska state rules. Sessions then detailed requirements specified under the NDEQ general permit, including SWPPP requirements, inspections, monitoring and reporting.
