The California State Water Board has extended the deadline for written comments on the 2012 Draft IGP an additional 30 days. Thus, comments on the 2012 Draft NPDES Industrial General Permit may be submitted on or before 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on October 22, 2012.
The State Water Board still plans to conduct a public hearing to accept oral comments on October 17, 2012. A quorum of State Water Board members may be present at the public hearing; however, no board action will be taken. The time and location of the public hearing is: Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. October 17, 2012
