Overview: Caltha LLP provided training to contractor employees required under RCRA (40 CFR Parts 260 through 268) and the Universial Waste Generator training requirements. The site was regualted as a large quality generator (LQG) of hazardous waste which required training of personnel who would be involved in generation, handling and shipment of regulated wastes from the site.
