Overview: Caltha was contracted to conduct an evaluation of environmental compliance requirements for equipment and operations recently acquired by the client. The equipment was planned to be moved to their Minnesota facility and the task was intended to identify any environmental permits or requirements necessary to move and operate this equipment and process operations at the new location. The review included impacts on wastewater discharge, air emissions, tank storage, hazardous material storage and waste generation.
