Overview: Caltha LLP provided technical support to this plastics products manufacturer to relocate an existing manufacturing process to one of its manufacturing plants located in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul, Minnesota area. Caltha conducted process reviews to determine if a State or Federal air emission permit would be required. Caltha also provided support to obtain required hazardous material storage permits through State and local agencies. Caltha also prepared wastewater pretreatment permit application for the local sewer authority.
