Overview: This plastics products facility retained Caltha LLP to provide technical support to its facility located in Iowa. Tasks included:
• Review of existing chemical tracking procedures
• Identification of hazardous materials subject to EPCRA 311/312 Tier 2 reporting
• Preparation of annual Tier 2 report
Caltha worked jointly with facility staff and provided “on-the-job” training on reporting requirements under EPCRA 301, 311, 312 and 313. The purpose was to train facility staff so they could prepare and submit reports independently in the future.
