Overview: This project was performed for a Minnesota-based food sector company. Work was to perform environmental due diligence for closed food production facility they intended to sell. Work comprised of a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment which could be provided to interested potential Buyers. The report identified parcels of the overall site which could be represented as low risk for contamination; the report identified several historical buildings associated with the former operations that could have resulted in contamination, and made recommendations for further investigations.
