Overview: Caltha LLP was retained by this national food manufacturer to conduct an environmental review of several potential locations for its new manufacturing, warehousing and logistics facility to be located in the Minneapolis – St Paul metropolitan area. A Phase 1 ESA was conducted at each location; some sites were screened out from further consideration based on the results of the environmental review. The preferred site ultimately selected by the company had some historical recognized environmental conditions identified, which were addressed during site redevelopment.
