Overview: Caltha LLP was retained by this California-based medical device manufacturer to conduct an environmental review of a building they intended to lease for their new manufacturing operations. The building had prior industrial tenants and the review was to document the property condition prior to occupying the space. The assessment also provided further comfort that the prior industrial use of the building had not created hazardous conditions which could affect use of the site.
