Overview: Caltha provided temporary staffing to this national energy to fill the position of facility Environmental Health and Safety Manager at its Minneapolis, MN facility. The position required frequent interactions with Corporate EHS personnel, engineering and plant management staff to address issues and questions and provided supervision to support staff. The position was staffed by Caltha with a highly experienced EHS professional, with approximately 25 years of experience, who was capable of addressing a wide range of regulatory and technical issues with minimal support. Caltha staff person prepared air emission inventory reports, routine facility inspections, waste management reports, EPCRA Tier 2 reports and other required submittals on behalf of facility.
