Caltha prepared all technical submittals including applications, closure plans, contingency plans, waste analysis plan, spill prevention control and countermeasure, Minnesota Spill Bill Plan and other technical documentation required by both US EPA and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for the reissue of the facility TSDF permit.
