Overview: Caltha provided temporary staffing to this multi-national manufacturer to fill the position of facility Environmental Health and Safety Manager at its Coon Rapids, MN facility. The position required frequent interactions with Corporate EHS personnel, engineering and plant management staff to address issues and questions. The position was staffed by Caltha with a highly experienced EHS professional, with approximately 25 years of experience, and was capable of addressing a wide range of regulatory and technical issues with minimal support. Caltha staff person prepared air emission inventory reports, EPCRA Tier 2 reports, TRI reports and other required submittals on behalf of facility. Caltha staff provided had approximately 25 years of experience in the EHS field.
