Overview: Caltha prepared the air permit application materials for submittal to the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality (NDEQ). Work included calculation of estimated Potential to Emit (PTE) and projected actual emissions for a new metal finishing operation. The operation received its permit to construct and was able to start operations on schedule.
